At Calvary Christian School, our goal is to keep the cost of this education as low as possible in order to make it accessible and affordable. We also offer a tuition assistance program to assist families in making the CCS experience possible.

We want every qualified student to have an opportunity to attend Calvary Christian School,  but we know that the investment in a Christian school education can be financially challenging for many families. We are pleased to offer tuition assistance for families that demonstrate a financial need.  Applications need to be submitted annually through FACTS Grant and Aid. Calvary Christian School's Tuition Assistance Program is available to both current students as well as new students in the application process. In order to apply for Tuition Assistance, you must first submit an application to Calvary Christian School.

    To ensure the very best stewardship in the distribution of financial funds by the Calvary Christian School Tuition Assistance Fund Committee, the following guidelines have been outlined. Please read this information carefully in order to have an accurate understanding of the process and your responsibilities.


    CCS families, requesting Tuition Assistance, are asked to complete the following two-part application process. Completing the process does not guarantee tuition assistance.


    NOTE: Before you are considered for Tuition Assistance, you MUST submit a completed online application. The deadline for Tuition Assistance is June 15th for both Part I & Part II of the application process:


    PART I – CCS Tuition Assistance Request:


    1. Complete the CCS Tuition Assistance Request and return it to the CCS office by June 15th.  
    2. The CCS application must be submitted by June 15th every year to be considered for any available Tuition Assistance.  


    PART II – FACTS Tuition Assistance Application:


    1. Complete and submit the FACTS online application (here) to allow this outside agency to accurately evaluate your need. FACTS determines the extent of need, but it is CCS that determines and distributes the assistance funds based on available dollars.This process will be conducted in such a way as to ensure the greatest extent of personal financial confidentiality.
    2. You need to apply online at www.online.factsmgt.com/AID. Choose "applicant sign in" then "Create an Account" to set up your username and password.  Once the online application has been completed, the following information will need to be mailed or faxed to FACTS to complete the application process:


    Signed and Completed Online Application:


    • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
    • Copies of your W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
    • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’
      Compensation and TANF.

    There is a $45 charge one time per year per family to be paid directly to FACTS when the application is submitted.


    The FACTS online application must be processed by June 1st every year to be considered for any available CCS Tuition Assistance.  If you have any questions about the FACTS application process, please call a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 1-866-315-9262.

  • How much does it cost to apply to Calvary Christian School as a new student?
    An application fee of $80 is due at the time of submitting your application. Upon completion of your family interview, the Enrollment Processing Fee is due ($125 for Preschool and $400 for K5-12 per child). In July, the Curriculum Fee ($300 for preschool and $350 for K5-12 per child) and in August the Technology Fee is due ($100 for grades 5-12 per child). 

  • Do you have sibling, missionary or pastor discounts?
    Yes! We offer a multi-student discount for families with multiple students at Calvary Christian School (see tuition sheet above). We also offer a generous 50% discount for area full-time, sole-income pastors and missionaries and a 10% discount for part-time pastors.

  • What is T.R.I.P.?

  • What is Continuous Enrollment and how does it work?
    Continuous Enrollment is a process in which a student remains enrolled at Calvary Christian School until they graduate, unless the family chooses to opt- out for the following school year. Every student’s enrollment renews automatically every year, and a continuous enrollment fee is billed each year in March. Families must notify our Registrar in writing that they would like to opt-out (before the opt-out deadline) to avoid this fee on their FACTS Account.

  • What is Calvary Christian School's Withdrawal Policy?
    Withdrawals after July 1 – one months’ tuition is due  
    • Withdrawals after August 1 – two months’ tuition is due 
    • Withdrawals after the start of school (August) - full year’s tuition is due 
    *Any exceptions to this policy (moving out of the area or extreme financial situations) will be handled on a case by-case basis with the final decision made by the Administration.   

  • What type of payment plans does Calvary Christian School offer?
    We offer a 10 month and 11 month payment plan. If your child is attends CCS after August 31st we offer a 9 month payment plan as well.
